Consulting Land follows a highly procedural methodology for offshore software development outsourcing, in which each step of the project life cycle is clearly defined, documented, and completely managed from the U.S.

Depending on the needs of the project, Consulting Land can follow a use-case-based "prototyping" approach, in which clients' business requirements are translated into a functional model (a prototype). If approved, the prototype then becomes the basis for the implementation of the project.
