The ConsultingLand.com and other Web sites owned by Consulting Land referred to herein as the "Sites", are owned and provided by KVA Consulting Corp (DBA Consulting Land) referred to herein as "Consulting Land", "ConsultingLand.com", "We" and/or "Us". Please feel free to browse Sites; however, your access to and use of Sites is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

Changes in Sites and Terms and Conditions

We may modify or terminate Sites, for any reason, and without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time without notice, and you expressly agree to be bound by such modifications when posted on Sites.

Information on this Sites may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We are doing our best to identify and correct such inaccuracies.

Privacy

We make no effort to personally identify users of Sites. No identifying data is collected from Sites or disclosed to any third party for any purpose. Non-identifying data that we collect in connection with Sites is used only for server administration and the general operation of Sites. The foregoing does not apply to email sent to contact email addresses and contact forms listed on Sites, which may contain personally identifiable information, and which we will use solely as necessary to respond to the applicable email.

We log http requests to Sites. As a result, we are aware of the originating IP address of a machine requesting Sites URLs. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We may analyze our log files to determine how Sites are being used. Logged information is kept indefinitely as administrative and research material, but it is not disclosed other than Consulting Land personnel. Aggregate, non-identifiable statistics generated from our logs may be used for research purposes.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to their conflict of laws provisions or those of your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Consulting Land with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by Consulting Land.
